Truck Arrangement Terms
These terms apply to the ShiftX truck-arrangement assurance shown on the home booking widget.
The assurance applies only to booking requests submitted through ShiftX with valid pickup and drop details, a reachable phone number, and genuine dispatch intent.
The Rs. 500 assurance applies only if ShiftX confirms that a truck could not be arranged for the submitted request after internal review of truck availability, route coverage, and booking eligibility.
The assurance does not apply where the customer becomes unreachable, changes the route, changes the vehicle requirement, cancels the request, provides incorrect information, or declines the arranged truck.
ShiftX may request booking details, phone verification, or internal dispatch records before approving any such payout.
Final approval of any assurance payout remains subject to ShiftX review and policy at the time of booking.
